Hi everyone! I’m Samantha Ortiz, I’m from West Covina and I have been interested in the Journalism world since my junior year of high school. This is my first semester with The Courier an I am really interested in writing for sports and opinion pieces. I have always loved writing more personal work, and decided that I would try my hand at writing for the school publication and test my writing abilities. I’m so excited for this semester!
