Hey there I’m a journalism major from Los Angeles! Since Spring 2023, I have been the video and social media editor for the Courier. Our social media team won awards this past Fall 2023 and this Spring 2024 semester for an On the Spot social media competition from the Journalism Association of Community Colleges both times! Additionally, I won a couple of awards recently placing first place for Editorial Cartoon and honorable mention for Video Story. I am a transfer student and aspire to continue being a video journalist and eventual screenwriter.
