Oogie Boogie’s Wheel of Misfortune at Freeform’s Halloween Road at Heritage Square Museum in Los Angeles on Thursday, Oct. 1, 2020. Attendees had the chance to win a trick, a treat or for a rare few, an Oogie prize.
