Men’s baketball defeats Trade Tech

Coming off a tough three-point loss to Mt. SAC last Friday, the PCC Men’s basketball team bounced back on the road when they traveled to Los Angeles Trade Tech and defeated a winless Beavers team.

Freshman-heavy men’s soccer produces mediocre season

The Lancers fielded 19 freshman in their 24-man squad, which exposed these 18 year olds against more seasoned, stronger and tactically astute 22 and 23-year-old opposition. According to head coach Edgar Manvelyan, this was the major reason for his team’s displeasing season.

Women’s basketball overcomes slow start

Freshman point guard Judith Espinoza’s dominant 22-point second-half scoring spree was too much for Skagit Valley Community College to handle as the women’s basketball team advanced to the final of the Glendale CC Vaquero Shootout with a tense and see-sawing 74-66 win on Saturday night.

The women’s basketball team, led by freshman’s Regerina Baker and Judith Espinoza, easily dispatched Chaffey College 87-53 in the opening round of the Glendale CC Vaquero shootout on Friday night.
