In a statement issued on Feb. 22, the PCC Faculty Association called recent events on campus an “educational crisis” and oudatlined its concerns about the ongoing controversy surrounding class cuts and faculty reassignments.

Chaotic scene at meeting leads to board walkouts

Protesters at the Feb. 22 board meeting walked around the board members chanting and reading their list of demands until the board felt it had to leave the room. After calls for calm, board members returned only to leave again after a few minutes.
