The Lancers’ men’s basketball team dropped another close home game Wednesday evening, losing 85-82 against East Los Angeles College. The tough defeat drops the Lancers to 11-14 on the season and likely ends the their chances of qualifying for the team’s second consecutive postseason appearance.

The Lancers football team displayed it’s much improved defense for the home fans during Saturday’s 19-7 victory over LA Harbor College. The victory was the Lancers first home win since 2011.

In a game that saw 35 penalties called, the Lancers football team couldn’t capitalize on the El Camino Warriors’ mishandling of the ball and lost its 13th straight home game Saturday night. The final score was 37-20.
