Amara’s most popular dishes. The top center is an Arepa, made fresh with chicken, avacado, onion, tomato, and flat corn bread with side garden salad. The dish on the left hand side is hand made baked Epanadas with artisian original dough, one with shredded beef and the other with chicken. The last dish on the right is baked Tekes made with queso fresco served with a gourmet jalepeno marmalade sauce.
