Dude needs prosecution to fullest extent of legal system. Institutions of higher education place inherent trust in students to do the right thing. Violators should be punished. Macias' next educational institution will be L.A.County Jail where courses will be more challenging than those previous ivory tower offerings. Perhaps his new study partner will be former PCC felon Isaac Campbell.
